Fahey & Associates was founded in 1989 by Mary C. Fahey. Since its inception, we have established an excellent reputation for handling complex and contentious disputes for our diverse clientele. OUR FOUNDER

Mary C. Fahey is the founder of Fahey & Associates and principal trial litigator, also overseeing the mediation division of the firm. Graduating with a BA from the University of Illinois in 1982, Mary went on to receive her JD from DePaul University in 1988. Mary's 30-plus years of experience has given her a winning edge over opposing counsels. Known to be prepared and uncompromising, she aggressively pursues the best possible outcome when representing the firm's clients, whether in settlement negotiations or trial litigation. Mary's goal is to protect your interests, promoting an agenda that aims for the ideal.
